  1. I got so confused by the weight thing and genuinely thought for a second that that's how ounces work. Like it's some sort of fraction thing or maybe there's 2 measurements called ounces. Seemed reasonable for americans.

  2. I love this little stove, every now and then I need to bend the arms back into place, sometimes I break it. But I can but like 6 of them before I spend as much as I would have for something like the Pocket rocket.

  3. Bought this and it works great! I’d definitely recommend picking up a wind screen though. Anyone have any suggestions for which one to get to go with this stove?

  4. With stoves like this, it’s not the stoves weight that’s concerning, it’s the fuel canisters that can add the weight. For through hikers it can be a pain to get the canisters.

  5. Chinese made

Knockoff models are a plenty and the stove’s pot supports bend. Not the fault of the main company, just a warning

Also they’re incredibly inefficient. As in a 4 minute boil time compared to whatever the pocket rocket 2 achieves. Makes me laugh when people pair it with those 4oz cans

However it’s kinda neat when in use. Owned one and used it once and gave it to a newbie friend as his first stove
