  1. The arrest of Duterte is Unconstitutional! The Philippines is not a member of the ICC! Any filipino connot be taken out from the Philippines with out the Authority of the Philippine Court! This is madness!!!

  2. ICC charged Ex Pres Duterte with murder of humanity but those humanity are drug addicts, criminals, etc., are those criminals, drug addicts etc. not charge against humanities?

  3. 6000 addicts and pushers, people who may have killed more than twice in numbers of innocent lives. Who in their right mind would protect them over the innocents? Of course, the human rights hypocrites who are living in their ivy towers.

  4. IF DUTERTE IS WHAT YOU ICC PERCEIVED TO BE BASED ON POLITICAL AGENDA. YOUVARE VERY WRONG. IF THE GUY IS A CRIMINAL. YOU WONT SEE FILIPINOS ALL OVER THE WORLD SUPPORTING HIM. THESE PEOPLE SACRIFICE THEIR SALARY TO SHOW SUPPORT.
DUTERTE SHOULDNT BE IN THE HAGUE. ICC FOUND A PARTNER IN MARCOS WHO IS A LEGIT CROOK AND DRUG ADDICT.
    YOU PEOPLECARE SICK!!!

  5. You have no right to arrest people from outside your country, you did not go through the proper process! All people are hurt by what you did ICC! You are a legislator, you do not know that what you are doing now is against the law.

  6. Not all died because of the war of drugs of Duterte but many of them killed by tha drug cartel . Our former President is innocent.. he love our country our country is safe.. but now so many innocent people died because of the drug addict .. even if there families. Toddler And the mother other toddler babies raped their father , uncle even 6 months old found she has sperm Ang her private Part has sperm .. and keep bleeding. .. I like the administration of Duterte because we feel safe but now we are worried because the addict they are every where now.. they are not afraid now they post online live while they do the hits shabu …

ICC PLEASE GIVE BACK OUR BELOVED FORMER PRESIDENT OUR FATHER OUR TATAY DIGONG RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE…. PLEASE DON'T LISTEN TO OUR CURRENT PRESIDENT

  7. The suitable premise — ICC will only step in if the Philippine Court fails to function in executing the Law of the Land. To such an extent, they are incapable of handling any legal investigation. But actively accessible to the entire population are the local Fiscal Trial Courts, Ombudsman, Sandiganbayan and Court of Appeal to the Supreme Court in par excellence. So, this will assert ICC cannot step in and has no right to exercise any single arrest. In fact, even the govt Office of the Solicitor General publicly sustains this rule of law — a reference to the Philippine Sovereign membership–withdrawal from ICC. Yet, we remain with our inherent moral bow, respect, and love to the depth of spirited (non-elitist version of) humanism.

The material background here is how the Philippines is beset with active critical “elite” circles of misbehavior that are locally anti-judiciary; alongside (this same elite) accorded strings for local mainstream media to publicly blind doing pseudo-socio-economic workarounds. And even all together includes the conservative yellow clergy dogma in sync that triggered to illegally whisk Duterte out of the country without due process permeated with a hateful crime playbook.

In this direction, the majority exploited local and Filipino worldwide compatriots, however, put across their robinhood (nostalgic in the parable of the good Samaritan) personifying Duterte on his “War on Drugs” where the bad guys were startlingly displaced. This brings to light further the hidden background of billionaire druglords who can sponsor soft-educated criminals in sensationalizing the victims caught in the said War on Drugs. Dispensing misleading internal network reports that, indeed will compromise govt decision-making.

Likewise, it goes without saying, that there is no such thing as spotlighting justice (international) as a “class of its own” –- when drug meddlers are thriving big time. And with the Office of the Solicitor General recently denying their intent in defense of the “disrespectful and irregular arrest procedures of CIDG Police General Torre et al — this strong hint is a soft recipe for an insider moral bound breakaway.

In conclusion, we can mirror the recurring Marcos Administration faulty free fall unabated — causing the county to go in the opposite backward direction and great divide. While our ASEAN neighboring Communities of Nations are all arrow-focused capturing Market Growth Trends.

  8. It is politically motivated. He won because he promised to declare war on drugs and he delivered. He protected his people, his countrymen. We were safer in his time. His presidency was not perfect but it sure is for the people. We felt progress and peace that is why the public outcry for him to be sent back home is overwhelming. I hope ICC will listen to the millions of Filipinos who calls to return him home.

  9. They deprived him of his right to counsel, his lawyer's right to talk to the accused without interruption, and harassment of them as well; Torre failed to explain to Duterte his alleged violation. Torre also bragged and threatened to drag Duterte out of the room; he's an 80-year-old man, and Duterte is frail and a police officer. Let alone say that to a former president?

Marcos's admin did not only disrespect Duterte but also the Supreme Court and the Filipino people. How dare you use government resources against us for your own personal and political gain? Duterte made the Philippines great again, made us proud to be Filipinos, lifted our morale, and set the standard of good leadership so high. As a result, we are getting more respect from other nationalities. That is only one of the few reasons why we love our Tatay Digong, and we will not let others tell us otherwise.

  10. I am proud to be a Filipino if you have strong leader like Duterte. Others say he killed thousands on war on drugs but they did not know he saved million Filipinos. He is a great leader, Duterte case its a politics not for justice.

  11. ICC FORGOT THE This Article 59 of the Rome Statute, or the charter of the ICC, which says: “A person arrested shall be brought promptly before the competent judicial authority in the custodial State” which will evaluate the arrest. ICC violate already these law. Return our FPRRD

  12. Our mainstream media was controlled by administration and huge bias.Duterte is the best President in the Philippines history..ICC was kidnapped Duterte with no due process.we want him send him back to the Philippines.

  13. As a Filipino I'm asking President Duterte Justice… Philippines right now is in trouble because drug addict perform more violence and about corruptions of the recent administration are very rampant…

  14. no. they lacked the warrant during transport. this was not a lawful arrest. They did a judicial rendition which is basically state kidnapping. This was wrong on all accounts and politically motivated

  15. We love President Duterte. He is the best best president in the philippines in history. Only Crocs hate him and criminals.. But we. Innocent needed him, and our children needed his protection. Mr. Duterte LOVE his country. Loads of police man resigned under the administration of BongBong Marcos because BBM is the most corrupt president we ever had in the philippines and a traitor. Blck propagan made by PinkLawan is a big lie!! Duterte is love by most filipino. If he is a bad president, he will not be loved. But because he is the best president, the reason we love him. 💚💚💚

  16. He the best President we ever had, he done alot of good things by clearing poison had destroying the cancer of our younger generation and that is drugs, he has more balls than other President. He done more good things to us Filipinos and to our country. And if any Duterte's will run for President we will fully support, Note: ICC has no jurisdiction to our Philippines Government has no rights to judge our former President, kidnapped our former President that should be present first to our local judge first before sending to them. Purely political agenda and i hope if any Duterte's will run and if they will win they have to pay 100x fold even will come to war.

  17. Your video is cut into some important part. Their were his legal council invoke article 59 of rome statute in responce general torre says attourney your out. Then he forcefully pull his attorney the arresting officer dont want to follow article 59 of rome statute. A person arrested shall be bought to competent judicial autority to ensure his right has been serve. Instead they bring him to villamore airbase to book him in a private plain a soon as possible. And for us filipino its illegal arrest. They dont give our former president to go to regional trial court or Supreme court to question if his arrest is legal. They also dont give a chance to her daughter to come in in the airbase even our former president choose her as her lawyer. Under 1987 philippine constitution In custodial investigation, a person has the right to have competent and independent counsel preferably of his own choice. Then former president repeatedly as general torre will not allow her daughter to come in then torre answered he will not allow. There is video of that in their live stream. Its illegal arrest..

  18. Many died because of the war on drugs but many more changed and were saved and became peaceful during Roa Duterte's tenure. The sins committed by the criminal police are not Duterte's fault. We all know that fighting crime, corruption especially in illegal drugs is difficult and involves the harm that will be done to others. But it cannot be denied that Roa Duterte's desire is for the welfare of the lives and future of the Filipinos and the entire nation. The Philippines he loves

  19. If the PNP police has something to do with the abduction. I could feel somebody planned this already. He is tllanes a political enemy of duterte and with good connection to ICC…He was secretly present in fprrd hearing in Congress. Ang I am sure he and his mafia friends are now in Netherland..Be watchful..kabayan .pls protect him 😢
