The suitable premise — ICC will only step in if the Philippine Court fails to function in executing the Law of the Land. To such an extent, they are incapable of handling any legal investigation. But actively accessible to the entire population are the local Fiscal Trial Courts, Ombudsman, Sandiganbayan and Court of Appeal to the Supreme Court in par excellence. So, this will assert ICC cannot step in and has no right to exercise any single arrest. In fact, even the govt Office of the Solicitor General publicly sustains this rule of law — a reference to the Philippine Sovereign membership–withdrawal from ICC. Yet, we remain with our inherent moral bow, respect, and love to the depth of spirited (non-elitist version of) humanism.

The material background here is how the Philippines is beset with active critical “elite” circles of misbehavior that are locally anti-judiciary; alongside (this same elite) accorded strings for local mainstream media to publicly blind doing pseudo-socio-economic workarounds. And even all together includes the conservative yellow clergy dogma in sync that triggered to illegally whisk Duterte out of the country without due process permeated with a hateful crime playbook.

In this direction, the majority exploited local and Filipino worldwide compatriots, however, put across their robinhood (nostalgic in the parable of the good Samaritan) personifying Duterte on his “War on Drugs” where the bad guys were startlingly displaced. This brings to light further the hidden background of billionaire druglords who can sponsor soft-educated criminals in sensationalizing the victims caught in the said War on Drugs. Dispensing misleading internal network reports that, indeed will compromise govt decision-making.

Likewise, it goes without saying, that there is no such thing as spotlighting justice (international) as a “class of its own” –- when drug meddlers are thriving big time. And with the Office of the Solicitor General recently denying their intent in defense of the “disrespectful and irregular arrest procedures of CIDG Police General Torre et al — this strong hint is a soft recipe for an insider moral bound breakaway.

In conclusion, we can mirror the recurring Marcos Administration faulty free fall unabated — causing the county to go in the opposite backward direction and great divide. While our ASEAN neighboring Communities of Nations are all arrow-focused capturing Market Growth Trends.

It is politically motivated. He won because he promised to declare war on drugs and he delivered. He protected his people, his countrymen. We were safer in his time. His presidency was not perfect but it sure is for the people. We felt progress and peace that is why the public outcry for him to be sent back home is overwhelming. I hope ICC will listen to the millions of Filipinos who calls to return him home.

They deprived him of his right to counsel, his lawyer's right to talk to the accused without interruption, and harassment of them as well; Torre failed to explain to Duterte his alleged violation. Torre also bragged and threatened to drag Duterte out of the room; he's an 80-year-old man, and Duterte is frail and a police officer. Let alone say that to a former president?

Marcos's admin did not only disrespect Duterte but also the Supreme Court and the Filipino people. How dare you use government resources against us for your own personal and political gain? Duterte made the Philippines great again, made us proud to be Filipinos, lifted our morale, and set the standard of good leadership so high. As a result, we are getting more respect from other nationalities. That is only one of the few reasons why we love our Tatay Digong, and we will not let others tell us otherwise.

He done more good things to us Filipinos and to our country. And if any Duterte's will run for President we will fully support, Note: ICC has no jurisdiction to our Philippines Government has no rights to judge our former President, kidnapped our former President that should be present first to our local judge first before sending to them. Purely political agenda and i hope if any Duterte's will run and if they will win they have to pay 100x fold even will come to war.

Your video is cut into some important part. Their were his legal council invoke article 59 of rome statute in responce general torre says attourney your out. Then he forcefully pull his attorney the arresting officer dont want to follow article 59 of rome statute. A person arrested shall be bought to competent judicial autority to ensure his right has been serve. Instead they bring him to villamore airbase to book him in a private plain a soon as possible. And for us filipino its illegal arrest. They dont give our former president to go to regional trial court or Supreme court to question if his arrest is legal. They also dont give a chance to her daughter to come in in the airbase even our former president choose her as her lawyer. Under 1987 philippine constitution In custodial investigation, a person has the right to have competent and independent counsel preferably of his own choice. Then former president repeatedly as general torre will not allow her daughter to come in then torre answered he will not allow. There is video of that in their live stream. Its illegal arrest..

Many died because of the war on drugs but many more changed and were saved and became peaceful during Roa Duterte's tenure. The sins committed by the criminal police are not Duterte's fault. We all know that fighting crime, corruption especially in illegal drugs is difficult and involves the harm that will be done to others. But it cannot be denied that Roa Duterte's desire is for the welfare of the lives and future of the Filipinos and the entire nation. The Philippines he loves
