    There is an alternative to potash ma’am you can either use ash same way you dissolved the potash you do same to the ash. And if you don’t want a swollen abacha you can soak with cold water instead of hot and allow for some minutes then it comes out slimmer

    Please, there is a substitute for potash just that you don't know it. It is even more healthy than using potash. Just that you can only get it in the village because it under goes little process to make it. It is made from Palm tree

    Thank you so much for this recipe. From my observation, you didn't use Ogiri and Ehuru. Thought Ogiri nd Ehuru re sole ingredients in making nice Abacha but I'd give this procedure a try✨

    Thanks, just made the most delicious Abacha I have ever made with your help. Though instead of Potash I used Ogiri n prepared veg(Spinach) separate with ginger, crayfish, garlic, dried fish n onions and then put fresh tomato while serving
