I just made this and it worked out great! The only modification I made was adding ginger with the garlic and also cardamom. Thank you so much for posting this video with clear instructions. I also love the idea of plugging the instant pot outside to save your place from smelling like wot. I will definitely be following this recipe again!

You don't have to leave the skin like that. Remove the skin and clean the skin well and remove the fat from the chicken then break the bones as well.

Amina my love you have to get rid of all the fat from that chicken, chicken with fatty thighs on it is a big no! that is why our moms separate the skin from the meat so so they can get in between to clean the fat . You can put the skin in the wet after cleaning it but please no chicken fat
