  1. I just made this and it worked out great! The only modification I made was adding ginger with the garlic and also cardamom. Thank you so much for posting this video with clear instructions. I also love the idea of plugging the instant pot outside to save your place from smelling like wot. I will definitely be following this recipe again!

  2. No, it's not weird to dip your eggs! That is the only way they are worth eating, IMHO. I am going to copy you because I never eat the eggs they serve with doro wat. 
    I think your video was done so excellently–really enjoyed it. You are terrific and I can't wait to make this! I am not Ethiopian but I love to eat E. food! Thank you.

  3. Amina my love you have to get rid of all the fat from that chicken, chicken with fatty thighs on it is a big no! that is why our moms separate the skin from the meat so so they can get in between to clean the fat . You can put the skin in the wet after cleaning it but please no chicken fat

  4. Please , for your own safety.
    Read the manual of the instant pot .
    You should never use the extension cord .
    Plug it directly on an electric outlet in the kitchen or living room .
