So is it true if you eat cleaner you feel better mentally too? Ive always had a bad diet and suffer with low mood and energy. Guess i have myself to blame . 40 now so Im going to start looking after my body as you only get one. If anyone has had a really bad diet and swapped to a cleaner diet could ket me know how they felt if you have time . I would appreciate the guidance or advice I honestly would 😊😊

My problem has always been that EGGS are always a part of the equation. I absolutely despise them and will never eat eggs, no matter how they are cooked. They make me gag. Yet, 95% of breakfast recipes are eggs.
I’m so in love with your recipes and less than one hour cooking …. I cook different dishes but always work with one spoon oil !!! And all you need is to eat healthy and it can be done if you want to eat clean …@greenhealthycooking
English cucumbers are great to use. Also i get my chicken from the salad bar at ShopRite i am too lazy to prepare.
I cook one cup of quinoa and eat it all week in my salads. Also hard boiled eggs

I just started today no problem weight wise I wanted a cleaner diet.
Just found your video and I love this easy day of meals. I love quinoa and sweet peppers. I don't eat oats because I have allergies but I will definitely do the lunch and dinners. Will search your videos for breakfasts I can eat that are Gluten free, oat and corn free.
