    It’s been over a decade since I changed my eating habits — and honestly, it was one of the best decisions of my life. 🌿 I didn’t start with a “diet” in mind. I was just tired of the yo-yo, the guilt, the constant cravings and crashes. 😩

    So is it true if you eat cleaner you feel better mentally too? Ive always had a bad diet and suffer with low mood and energy. Guess i have myself to blame . 40 now so Im going to start looking after my body as you only get one. If anyone has had a really bad diet and swapped to a cleaner diet could ket me know how they felt if you have time . I would appreciate the guidance or advice I honestly would 😊😊

    My problem has always been that EGGS are always a part of the equation. I absolutely despise them and will never eat eggs, no matter how they are cooked. They make me gag. Yet, 95% of breakfast recipes are eggs.

    Just found your video and I love this easy day of meals. I love quinoa and sweet peppers. I don't eat oats because I have allergies but I will definitely do the lunch and dinners. Will search your videos for breakfasts I can eat that are Gluten free, oat and corn free.
