  4. So is it true if you eat cleaner you feel better mentally too? Ive always had a bad diet and suffer with low mood and energy. Guess i have myself to blame . 40 now so Im going to start looking after my body as you only get one.   5. My problem has always been that EGGS are always a part of the equation. I absolutely despise them and will never eat eggs, no matter how they are cooked. They make me gag. Yet, 95% of breakfast recipes are eggs.
