This is not vegetable stew at all. Everything is wrong about this. How can you use groundnut oil to make vegetable soup and even you used tomato paste to worsen it.

Please if you try this recipe as freestyle, it is okay but not as a lesson for people trying to learn to make vegetable soup.
Choice of protein matters in your vegetable stew/soup and it should be something that can cut into little chunks but that is by the way.
Never ever use tomato paste or groundnut oil in efo riro.
