Looks amazing! Since I liked your lentil soup so much I will definitely try this one out!
Thank you for the recipe, so easy to follow. Can the spices be switched? What about using smoked paprika? And i noticed there is no garlic……? Thanks so much.
Just made this now for the first iftar of Ramadan, I tripled the receipe 🙂
I'm always looking for good soups and stews! I'm going to try this, maybe make it vegetarian… do you think it would be better with a meat substitute like Impossible meat, or should i maybe just do something with an umami taste like diced mushrooms, or just leave it out?
منذ متى اصبحت الحريرة شوربة من الشرق الاوسط 🤢😡😡💢💢انها مغربية 🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦
You are a legend for posting the recipe in the description.
RESPECT CASABLANCA, GOOD JOB ❤
Green lentils are hard to find in my place. Can i substitute it with brown/black or the red lentils?
I’m going to make this for my wife…either a vegan or pollotarian version…wife has dairy and red meat allergies (among other allergies…sesame, kiwi, pine nuts).
I’m Egyptian but when it comes to lentil soup .. the Moroccan version is richer in taste, I loved it
Can it be made without meat or with plant-based meat?
Wow
I will cook this
I made this, and it was so delicious! It had the most wonderful texture. I ate the whole pot myself during the past week. Definitely will make it again, and recommend it to my friends. Thanks!
This is my favorite soup. My Moroccan Jewish grandmother would make this for us when she was alive
Delicious. Made it so many times and turns out perfectly.
I just tried making this. It's a perfect rainy day dish.
I tried it and it turned out very well.. thank you so much.
I'm 15 yo girl and since no one has thought me to cook, I'll learn by myself. I love vegetables so this soup is really for me
Subhan Allah سبحان الله ☪️ Thanks for sharing this. Awesome.
Morroco is in Africa lol
Love the flour and water technique, I've used flour to thicken stuff before but always ended up with unwanted lumps, so definitely gonna try that!!
😋😋😋
We are eating fatteh (feom your recipe) and watching your harira.
Wecome to our family 🙂
Harrira with mince
Bourek. Add mint in the Harrira.
Absolutely fabulous soup! Just made it and it tastes great (just used half the amount of the noodles and flour slurry, otherwise it would be too thick). I'd share a picture but don't know how. 😁
I love how you take us through the preparation and cooking and explain what you do and why.
Will definitely check out your other videos. 👌
Very long videos
Hello and happy ramadan. We have a similar recipe in Turkey. I wanna try your recipe just have a concern about adding flour and water mixture. Is there a raw flour taste at the end? How about adding flour after meat and onion mix well cooked and stirring flour a bit in the oil left. Later add tomatoes and other ingredients
How many does this feed?
omg! i made the recipe and turned out so delicious! and super easy to make! but i did adapt the recipe for me (no lamb, no flour – there was no need for it). thanks for sharing!
Amazing….cooking just now 🙂 greetings from UK
This is a simple recipe and straight forward prep. I love it. Thanks for the video.
I have made it quite a few times and turns out great every time. Thankyou for the recipe.
This is not middle eastern food stop lying Harirra is Moroccan Stop lying
I've watched this video so many times, as I've made this recipe a number of times over the last year or so, that I feel like you're an old friend! Which of course you're not. But thank you for your recipe, your video, and your warm, clear delivery. My whole family loves this recipe.
Always disturbs me seeing plain butter being used for high heat searing. I guess all the warnings I've read about how easily butter burns are overexaggerated
👍
I made this soup for dinner tonight. The fresh lemon makes this delicious dish even better. I will definitely make this soup again.
Thank you i will try it San Diego Ca 218 22
Definitely my favorite food. The taste is otherworldly yet grounded in history and ancient cultures. It reminds me of an ancient roman soup as well. Excellent recipe.
Love Harira and you explained this so perfectly. Thank you! Best video yet 👏
