ZAMBIAN BUS OPERATORS BOYCOTT OVER JULDAN SUSPENSION
Bus operators across Zambia have initiated a nationwide boycott and peaceful protests in response to the three-month suspension of 11 Juldan Motors buses, following an investigation into the recent Kafue Juldan bus accident.
The Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) had suspended the buses for operating without mandatory GPS systems.

I think l can now put my buses on the road. May the stranded passengers never use their buses. Punishing passengers who give them money instead of going to discuss with the people in the offices.A total lack of common sense.

The problem is the carelessness of our Zambian drivers to the extent of people becoming skeptical boarding on these busses now b'coz it has really become a life-threatening issue ,i am in the USA, and it pains me when i see how our friends here obey the traffic laws, it's just amazing. Please to the relevant authorities put serious measures to the road safety, we can't be loosing lives just like that.

So these operators they are simply saying they can't be disciplined. Mazhandu was disciplined when they caused so many accidents killing a number of people. Rtsa let them park if they don't want to work. When lives are lost in the carelessness of bus drivers we don't protest. The foolishness is they sell tickets knowing they will not move then they dont refund the money, isn't that theft?

Ba journalist you can't even have the brains to investigate the details of their demands apart from that Jordan needs to be reversed , who is Jordan M and how special are they or what are the specifics of that suspension, government is not your friend , they will simply buy buses and turn transportation to GRZ .
