  3. @ZF Visa, my Filipina wife is scheduled for non immigrant H4 visa in Philippines, (I am on H1B). Our Philippines marriage certificate has tiny error – 25 March instead of 26 March as her DOB. Will this be an issue?

  4. I have a question – I have 2 decades of IT experience and have applied for Temporary work visas multiple times.
I had approved visa L1 regular from my previous employer , then later after few years I joined another company and they filed L1 Blanket – strangely this was refused with form 221G – VO asked only 2 questions- employer name ( I work for a very big tech giant ) and then what is your technology expertise – I said – I work on Mainframe Technologies and have so many years of proven experience – VO just stared at his computer for 1 minute – gave 221g this was in 2010 – till date I dont know the reason for that as we cannot counter question ? It was shocking for me. Later I got H1B after few years even though last time L1 Blanket was refused , now after many years I am again going for H1b in DS160 I have mentioned 2010 case but question is if I am asked for this what do I answer as VO didnt said anything verbally , just gave 221G form ?? Can you please help here.

Then my mom applied a second time so she could come and take care of me after transplant in New York. Same results again

    1. will it impact my DQ?
    2. do i have to upload the details?

Much appreciate your response Doyle !!!

  8. Thank you for the informational video.
But Doesn't matter how good your answers were. It totally depends on the officer's mood, because they have tons of loads and they wanna go home and have dinner, and relex But its not fair.

  9. Hi, thank you for your videos. I'm applying for a tourist visa. Can I know if the employment letter dated 2 weeks before is okay for the appointment day?

  10. 2:20 why would you fake your bank statement? If you live in a developed country, what do you do if the officer goes like "can you log on the bank app on your phone to show me these same bank statements?". What do you do then if you lied? Seems absolutely insane to fake documents, because the access TO THE DOCUMENTS is extremely easy. It takes less than 15 seconds to pull up a bank statement from your bank.

The recommendations clearly state that you should bring and present any documents that would support your case.

  13. I want my mom to visit me as my dad passed away in home country. Unfortunately, my mom doesn’t speak and understand English and she can’t apply for her visa online on her own. I wish there’s Wa y to do it for her any suggestions please?

  14. Thanks for sharing great content😊 I have a small query, and I'm sure you can help me out. I have a B1/B2 visa interview in Mumbai on March 31, 2024, to attend the Microsoft MVP Summit in March
2025. I also received an invitation letter from Microsoft. However, in 2013, I applied for a J1 exchange visa (my previous employer gave me the opportunity) to attend a training program in Boston. Unfortunately, at the Chennai consulate, they told me my visa was approved, however we need to hold your passport for further verification and gave me a pink slip. I waited for my passport for about 4 weeks, but I lost the opportunity as my employer sent someone else in my place, which was very disappointing. I then requested my passport back to travel to another country for a job opportunity (UAE), and I received it back without the visa stamp. Now, I'm wondering if this will cause any issues when I apply for a visa this time, given that I have traveled extensively to the Middle East over the past five years (25-30 Trips)…now am running own consulting business.

  15. Hi, I am an American citizen and my Filipino wife was denied her tourist visa to come with me to meet my family for the first time after our wedding. I moved to the Philippines October 2023 after a two year LDR with my now wife. We planned a year before my moving here that our wedding will be in the Philippines because her entire family is here and both my parents are passed. We planned on a life in the Philippines because I was retired. I sold everything and moved to the Philippines and paid thousands to pay for a big beautiful wedding, without my family there and to pay for my probationary residents. Then we were married on December 9 2023 and her interview was in February 2024. Now she owns a home, property, has a good job for an international company in BGC Manila for 15 years, her entire family lives here in the Philippines, and we have a condo across the street from her job with a rental contract for a year. Why would we go through all that when we could have saved over $10,000 by getting her a fiance visa, get married in the US and file for her green card. If there was one form that summarizes the application that only took 30 seconds to read, they would have a much better idea if someone is qualified. They told her that when you're husband gets his permanent residentsy she can apply again, lol makes no sense, so you can say all you want about them not allowed to read documents but common sense tells you that a couple does not want to spend over Ten thousand dollars if they don't have to

  16. Hi, I had visa B1 visa rejection 6 months ago and I have reapplied. What would be my best answer to the question why your visa is rejected ?

Though I am not sure of the reason my visa is rejected, I guess I miscommunication the state I am travelling to .

  17. This feels like a racket. So the embassy gets the application fee ($185) and only has to work for 3 minutes to determine yes or no based on how they FEEL about the applicant? You are telling me that for $185 that's the best we (I am a U.S. Citizen – born and raised) can do I bet visa officers let in so many sociopaths – you know they can be so charming! My in-laws were supposed to come for a visit a couple of months ago and all in-laws were approved except for my one brother-in-law. He has a child in his country who he would never abandon and lives comfortably there with socialized medicine. No one in their right mind would want to come here to live with our horrible healthcare system when they have his kind of living situation. All my in-laws live in the same community. His situation is a dream and living in the US is, well, challenging (even more so these days)! This process seems so shady!!!

Can I or my husband petition or influence this process in any way?

My husband has no family here and earned his us citizenship about 10 years ago. It breaks my heart to see him so down because his family can't come here together to see us and our children. I'm disgusted.
