That's generous of you but everybody walks in their own shoes. However, Maxine's pointer finger is considered rude where I come . Also, Waters has said some things to people, and while I can't say she encourages violence, she has championed for what some may consider aggressive behavior.
As regards the reporter, it's par for the course because they're trying to get their questions answered whilst competing with other reporters. It's the squeaky wheel . . . Personally, iF Maxine is not up for that kind of life, she needs to retire.
