Nigerians think that they're already a big or bigger artist at the world stage. Before wizkid, there were people like 2face, D'banj, Psquare they were pushing Afrobeat narrative at the time right? That's to say they pushed the way forward for them. Now over pricing is only going to just hurt the industry. Think for a while if all of them starts overpricing do you think the industry will not be closed over money for the now. Little drops of water that is consistent keeps the doors open for other people. He may be paid Little for the Dubai but his name is registered for the event for life. Money is a fathom but passion should supercede sometimes. Your love for your game will keep you grounded more than the money.
