  1. I was looking this up for job information, and i can say im completely underwhelmed. This is way worse than suggestive selling and willl break your savings. If i say Christmas sweater, i certainly DO NOT need AI shopping, choosing the perfect sweater for me, i still want to find it myself.

  3. Sounds like you compuany harass your potential customers into submission. how do you get these customers anyway? And what happened if CRM continuously spy harass Target these unwanted customers? Now when your data exposed by company you never heard of causes unwanted attention how much CRM plays a role and having your private life leaked?

  4. That's quite unsettling : "Every department in our company is monitoring and surveilling Celeste" all in an effort to sell as much as possible. And to add to that, Celeste's data is stored in the databases of 100 other companies as well. Poor Celeste in this consumerism-dominated corporate world;)

  5. Wait, you mean a customer is getting surveilled the moment he/she searched for a product which a business offers, wow I will have nightmares now on this on how I got manipulated to buy stuff online/offline.

  6. A simple, clear and brief intro to CRMs. I used Salesforce a few years ago at a non-profit. It's one of the more complex but full-featured CRMs on the market that can be tailored to any organization's needs.
