  2. Two very smart people and a very interesting topic—yet the outcome felt mediocre. Over an hour of discussion could be summarized as: filter your water, eat organic, and use an app to make better choices for your cleaning and beauty products.

  3. With all due respect – unfortunately these days iodine is not sufficient even in seafood. Check Dr Elizabeth Bright who has better knowledge about it – better yet, interview her! Same goes for iodise salt. And saying to people to get good nutrition from organic salad is not a very good advice, as salad will not provide all the nutrients we need and can digest and absorb. Meat does.
    As for iodine, the only way these days to get sufficient amount of iodine on a daily basis is with Lugol’s Iodine drops (2% or 5%).
    Again – you should interview Dr Elizabeth Bright.

  4. I used to buy all my supplements on Amazon, but I stopped because they can't control counterfeiting. Whatever the risk of fakes, it's higher than I'd like. For some products, I'll take the risk, but I don't want it in supplements.
