It is terrible for the house office to do that and deported the couples they should have a chance to go to court. That was not fair its was unfair to send them home. The current UK government is very hostile to the African/Caribbean community in the UK, they will try and find any reason to deport you. We must protect the community with good education on the matter and stop unlawful deportations with good understandings of the law and eventual changes to the law with a new government.
Government aside, the UK is a nice country with large Nigerian population we must help those facing deportation.
I was in the same situation with Oga, I was nothing to him kept a lot of secrets doing so much with his mom and siblings pushing me aside. He told me to stay away from his money and he called me the B and F word. His people finished him. After almost 40 years in the USA nothing to show for it. May God help us all.

Thank you for your reply. I like your video but, as a lawyer myself, I have to disagree with your view. You cannot generalise and paint all lawyers with the same brush. I have had clients come to me, asking me to set up a trust to protect their parents’ estate from inheritance tax. My advice has been – not a good idea; that I could set up a trust and take their money, but further down the line the trust would not be worth the paper it was written on as the court could set the trust aside. I believe in giving sound legal advice to my clients and aim to spare them unnecessary expenses. That said my fees are not dirt cheap. I give good advice and I get paid good money for it.

Lawyers are not charlatans! Lawyers provide a service and are heavily regulated. Unfortunately some lawyers who charge very little, tend to provide low quality service. Good legal services cost money. Fact.
