  1. They want all those infrastructures for free, so it can be considered as the exploitation to Chinese people. Do you miss the colonizers that much that you've turned into one yourself?

  2. Don't expect Any country to give money to your country without benefitting from it. Ask yourselves, from those countries that came, who did your country benefitted most and respected your peace most.

  3. In fact, there are many Chinese YouTubers who have shot a lot of videos about Africa, although what they say in the comment section is relatively pertinent. However, most Africans are no different from the two people in the video

  4. Let's be honest, without roads and infrastructure, Zimbabwe's Lithium reserves worth nothing as it can not be transport nor it could be utilized. It doesn't become valueble until roads and infrastructures are built. Natural resource in exchange of infrastructure is a much better deal than colonization and war, isn't it?

  5. From this video, it can be concluded that it is not other objective conditions that restrict the development of these countries, but simply the level of intellectual evolution

  6. we have an old saying in China—-help those in difficulties rather than help those in poor. i didnt know the difference untill i watch what that young man said, you just gonna remember that never help people without asking for pay, just in case they think your help is cheap and worth no return.

  7. Are these college students educated or sponsored by the western think tanks?i think so. These "college students" will be the downfall of Africa if their mentality become mainstream… Very sad.

  8. No one buys it. It has no economic value.
If you have lithium, you can dig it up yourself and sell it to us, build your own harbor, we'll wait at home, and the price will be according to the market.

  9. The world is still not ready to accept Global Chinese in their country without felling overwhelm by their hard working & prosperity culture and mentality. Anywhere Chinese venture, other races will feel jealous they can't catch up. Chinese people are very focus in their livelihood and seldom have time to mingle with others if they have to.

  10. If these questions truly reflect their understanding, how did these two African kids even get admitted to a university? China's assistance to Africa lies in the fact that China is willing to take on risks that no other country is willing to bear, investing in and developing Africa. This includes fronting funds, training local labor, and developing local supporting industries. Do they seriously think all of this is inherently free? It's like them going to Silicon Valley today, without even having a business plan, and finding an angel investor who is willing to write the business plan for them, provide seed funding, bring in tools, hire professional managers, and spend 20 years teaching them step by step how to run a company and make profits, sharing the agreed-upon returns in the end. If this isn’t help, what is? Has any other country in the world done what China has done for Africa 20 years ago?

  11. The Zimbabwean boy puts on suits and ties, but they are still like beggars in their mentality, hoping for a free lunch? If you think such a deal is hypocritical, you can try to talk to the United States and see what you will get.

  12. Alright, not particularly keen on criticizing anyone. But perhaps these children will continue to be speakers in London, living refined, self-centered lives. Meanwhile, the people of Zimbabwe will have to keep striving and confronting the hardships of development for a long time. Those who truly love their homeland will work hard to make it a better place. I don’t want to see this as a matter of right or wrong—it’s their choice. However, I would certainly have more respect for those who strive to improve their own homeland, whether the choice is offered by Chinese or American or created by themselves.

  13. China claims to have a population of 1.4Billiion people but only "Victor Gao" is the mouth piece.
The remaining people have no voice of their own?
Only Victor Gao must speak for the Chinese?

  14. China owe Africa countries nothing, However, those African students are playing themselves in a victim role and complain about why China's investment has a cost. That's shameful and pathetic

  15. 我想,这两位提问者,是想说,中国必须要无条件的给Zimbabwe金钱,食物,以及所需的一切。这是中国亏欠Zimbabwe的。至于为什么亏欠,这是他们在西方学到的,不需要原因。

  16. Hearing those questions man no wonder Africa is so damn poor, are those really the college students of Africa? Because the level of ignorance is way beyond the imagination. Duh of course the Chinese are projecting their power into Africa, they want resources, and the African needs the money and investment to create jobs, if African are smart enough they will invest those money on infrastructure or improve people's life, instead of being here ask stupid questions, because China is one of the few countries willing to help Africa, don't throw this opportunity under the bus.

  17. before china came Africa didn't even have education, clean water, hospital, schools or even real infrastructure. China build all of it and even funded Africa's universities. You dare go up and question China when they have save almost the entire Africa's population

  18. China's goal is very simple: to trade with more people. Anyone who has played the game Civilization knows that the more countries you trade with, the more diverse your resources become and the higher the happiness of your nation. The fact that helping Africa cultivate its market can improve the lives of African people is just a by-product. Everyone is happy.

  19. China help liberate Africa to pursue independent from the colonial master who been exploiting.
Blame the inept dealers pretending to be leaders.
If it wasn't for China a lot of countries around the world would be suffering and can't afford most thing they possess in their household and life.
What are these people doing to stop being slaves to the western and European masters ?

  20. These students based on hearsay without knowing the facts and yet spoke without verifying the source of information. What minds/brains are these so called university students using for their learning process? SAD for Africa.
