In Haiti eating food with your hand is not a tradition. A small % of Haitians do, maybe 10% or less. Can anyone tell me if it’s hygiene to eat with one hand and sharing bowls with other people such as friends, coworkers or family members?

They try to say No, Africans didn't, couldn't build those stone monuments like the walls of Great Zimbabwe and the pyramids but just take a look at these stone carvings and all doubt must be erased.
