What you did not explain about jusrisdiction is that people travel to countries that DO accept the ICC, they can be arrested. and when youlook at the xharges, and you discover the main people bringing charges just incidentally have Moslem names, you start to realize that this court – like many oher international bodies – is overrun by Moslems with an agenda that is not in accordance with the noble aspirations they claim to hold. These institutions have been weaponized.
