None of this helps and this is a lot of fluff
I dont get why some recruiters and HR dont read resumes propperly and would only give them "5 seconds". Even if u get 100 applications, if u dont do it propperly then your whole job (HR and recruiters) is basically obsolete.

5 seconds on a resume is INSANE bruh
I get a lot of these come in, but are u even doing your fucking job at that point, man wth
– Customize and tailor resume to the listing.
– No fancy words or exaggerations, use simple language.
– No blobs of information, instead well formatted/legible description.
– Think about ATS/resume parser interpretation of your writing do not put points horizontally. eg. -point 1 -point 2, instead -point1 next line -point2
