They are the felco pruning shears! They are the best hand pruning shears made as far as I am concerned? Every part is replaceable, and they are easily maintained. I happen to have the number 7 style shears for more leverage?

when should we do the pruning? end of winter, early spring? we have cray wheather around here, for example this week is warm like spring time, and then the following week we might already have freezing temperatures again…hence the reason a bit confused
