  1. For me I was eating gluten free dairy free and could not regain my weight after a sickness for months, ate over 2000cal a day. Now adding those back in the scale is moving I'm not working out but have a very physical job.

    (Also whole foods)
    3. Track your calories
    4. Cardio
    5. Adequate sleep
    6. Don't give up! It takes time! Keep track of your progress (Pictures/Videos)

  3. Alsooo in addition to taking pics/videos I saw this one girl say she measure her bust/waist/butt/legs and arms overtime to compare the growth I thought that was interesting I never heard before:))

  4. If u can, wake up early to eat breakfast then go back to bed and it’s even better to sleep after u eat to let ur body absorb as much calories as possible

  5. Try eating less frequently and when you do, make meals larger and of course add snacks in between meals. Soo instead of eating every 2-3 hours try to eat meals every 4-5 and snacks. Reduce cardio excercise. If you start seeing fat around tummy area go back to 2-3 hours. Personally I don't mind me having a little tummy fat.

  6. How soon after I start eating more often should I start working out? I don't know how soon to start going to the gym. I am watching all of your videos at my wit's end hoping that I can finally change my habits. Thank you!!!!
