Where did you get fresh oha? Where did you get fresh oha? 😂😂😂
1. I get all my fresh Nigerian ingredients from NIGERIA … ALWAYS! Where I live in Spain, we can't even boast of buying good palm oil not to talk of fresh Nigerian vegetables and traditional ingredients. 😂
2. I filmed this video in JANUARY, yes early January, the day after I came back from Nigeria from my Christmas trip. So the vegetables and akwu were still very fresh then.
If you watch my vlogs and/or the family meeting videos you'll know these things. 😉
Good, ma you always say that we should remember to tranfer in a cool container,so i want know what will happen if we leave it in the pot we cooked it

I just finished cooking mine following your method step by step and it came out deliciously awesome. About to step it down with akpu. No weight watching this night. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 God bless you richly
Is it because of your e-book that you didn't write the ingredients using to cook the oha soup down below?
Ma, you are blessed even your husband and children,I love watching your videos but at times I don't have data to comment.i will like to cook perfect like you.
Is it okay to use palm oil for cooking ofe aku?
umu ota aku. 🤣
The use of palm fruits and palm oil has different tastes. It is best prepared with palm fruits and as a man that cooks almost all igbo native food, I am pretty sure palm fruits is better. Sometimes palm oil used to be slippery in the mouth unlike whenever you use palm fruits
I followed your recipe and it came out super
I love this recipe
Ma‘am please I am in Cameroon how can u get it
