Google Pebble bed reactors – SA will never have trillions of rands for the ones like Koeberg. The PB version is smaller, promise to be less expensive – so municipalities can operate independent or at least more independent of eskom.
SA needs to decentralise it's services – we cannot afford to fall prey to the 50 anc created dollar billionares/political well connecteds ever again – they pretend to care in exchange for ur vote just to suck the last drop of ur life blood.
