I would just advise in the future that if you're going to take all of someone's work and train an AI on it and publish a tool under their name where people can feel like they're having a chat conversation with that person – it would be great to at least ask them first

You're targeting a tiny developer, while we allow the corporations to use our data to train the AI to make money.
He's not really training an AI model though…I don't see the problem, it recommends his videos and brand image which is good.

That creator knew exactly what he was doing by using mkb likeness and also naming the product after the source. Sidenote: I cloned Nicki Minaj voice recently and had a passing thought to create a service where people could talk to Nicki Minaj. Of course the source code never left my laptop because its insane to think yiu can use someones likeness without backlash and possible legal repercussions. The creator knew EXACTLY what he was doing at every step along the way. And deserves any legal ramifications brought by his actions.
