Great informative video!
Shout out to Ed and Lynn for bringing the area first convenience store. Much needed
Great video! As a developer looking to enter the Belize market with our vessel homes, We found this information incredibly helpful. Thanks for sharing your insights – We'll definitely keep following your content.
Silly, silly, prospectors… it makes no sense to purchase lots (via secret beach)at the current price point. The lots are overpriced … that’s why no one is building they are simply parking their money!
Wow Job! This is one of your BEST videos. I found the information extremely insightful, objective, and engaging. Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video.
I love Ambergris Woods. I have a lot, and my best friend has a lot there. I want to get with you because I want to buy another lot in Ambergris Woods Capn if Juan shows up.
Are the prices usd ?
We purchased a lot on West C 2. We are four streets down from the main road and we have road access. I believe this is a good spot for a long-term hold.
Great my friend!!!
I’m sorry but Belize is way overpriced, when it’s so undeveloped and nothing going on and the beaches are not that nice prices should be lower compared to other Caribbean island. The prices are the same as other islands but everywhere else you get so much more, also they are developed and so much to do. I just don’t get it, I don’t get Belize prices. Perhaps if prices were lower more people would be investing and that money as it grows can be put into island development and once it reaches the level of other Caribbean islands then they can increase the prices. I don’t know, that’s just my opinion. 🤷🏻♀️
Could you do a video on SB and all the excitement around its future? For example, Sixth Sense Resort, any new grocery stores, any rumors on other things that are planned for the area?
Thanks
I have been to SB twice this year. The amount of construction on homes and roads are exciting. I have property in West Caye 1. I cannot wait to build within the next couple years.
Great video. Thanks for sharing. I love the modern look of the Habitat homes.
Thanks for this awesome clarity!! I have lots in habitat. I plan building 5-10 years for retirement
