Recall EFCC launched an investigation into allegations that some of its officers received N15 million from Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, to dismiss money laundering charges against him.

The investigation, ordered by EFCC Chairman Ola Olukoyede, follows a viral audio recording in which Bobrisky, an ex-convict, made these claims. The recording was produced by VeryDarkMan.

In the recording, Bobrisky made claims that Falz and his father reached out to him and said he (Bobrisky) could apply for pardon which would prevent him from serving the full term of his sentence.

Reacting, DeeOne said there was nothing wrong in what Falz and Femi Falana did in intervening in the case.
