  1. How I fix my form? 😭 I do 3 rutines a day but my body only feels sore for a few hours, then it get back to normal, it means I did it wrong? Because some ppl feel pain for days after- and I try to copy the exact same pose I see on the video and nothing happens 😔

  2. I am generally shaking like a leaf and has to call my mom or brother to still help me with form and counts coz the moment i start shaking like a leaf (which is pretty quickly😂) i just tend to give up and lay flat on ground as if i just died😅😂😂😂

  3. I started doing Pilates. The first few days, my whole body hurt, especially my hips. But then I started to see progress after, and continued. I didn’t lose much weight, but I think I lost belly fat and got more leg and arm strength, so ❤❤

  4. I loveee Pilates! My gym has classes and our instructor works us harddd, but they’re so fun! My favorite part is really feeling the difference as time goes on, from “How tf do people do this move??!” To “Yesss I can do more reps without getting winded!” Is so rewarding 🙏🏼 ❤

  5. Girl im like way skinnier than you ( i dont mean any offense) and yet ur body looks SO healthy its so good! i can never look like that look at those toned legs 😭
