South African 100 meter national record holder, Akani Simbine, has finally won an Olympic Medal. The 30-year-old Simbine helped Team South Africa to win silver in the 4x100m men’s final at the 2024 Olympic Games in France.

  1. Gerda will and could not win even a bronze medal! South Africa could use the money better spent on Gerda's air ticket and other costs for accommodation etc. for better use.Really Gerda Steyn has no chance to even end under the first 10 to make it ridiculous to let her go to the Olympics. Are we taking some of these people for a holiday or to get a medal?
