Thank you for sharing. USA here.
Love the bre feet in the soil. I find that comfortable for cooking also. I thought I was just challenging not fitting in the Bronze Age of the caucus culture.
My sweet great-Grandmother often called Mammie from late 1870’s did a similar dance that was passed down to my grandmother. Hearing music in the womb 1906 her son 1939 keep that beat in his head to the dinner table like he was playing music , my mother of 1930’s she would dance. My grandfather had to investigate the children young energies.
He later produced an album called Shotgun. Shoot him before he run was a repeated line in the song. Is that a fiestas energies i couldn’t understand. Who writes a song call Shotgun.
Fact Google that show. American Bandstand then later Soul Train.
USA born African’s keep showing history of this fiesta energy similar to many Western coast groups like Nigerian’s. We are not of that religion relationship we had to learn our truths at night.
So appreciate seeing this dance helpful on my journey of healing , love, peace for my parents death was of broken heart.
