  1. With apple pie, I mix the apples with the sugar and spices, let it rest for 1 day on the fridge and then strain them and reduce the liquid. The apples keep their texture.

  2. Can someone please explain why anyone enjoys pumpkin and pecan pies? Seriously, I’ve tried both and they’re yucky 🤢 (fyi I’m British 🇬🇧). Gimme chocolate cake from loblaws over those pies any day, please and thank you 😌.

  3. Hi, I have developed a wheat allergy, but I love different kinds of pastry and breads. I can’t really find a recipe that replace a good bread or pastry, can I have a request a recipe of a wheat free sourdough, or even just a loaf of bread, if it is possible.
