Marriage between 63 years man, and 12 years old girl is a offence in criminal law. Strict Liability offences Actus reus only required if have reus. Absence valid defence — criminal liability. Court have to give decision. 63 years old man liable to prison.
However they want to justify this, will not erase the fact that, they're allowing a 63 year old man to get married to a kid who is good enough to be his Great Grand-Daughter.
