3:49 these all are post boxes. some conutries dont deliver letters to home and they will not keep post men. in those countries, residents and busineses should buy Post boxes if they want to receive letters locally or from overseas. behind these boxes it is open at backside where post office staff will put letters received for that box number. the owner of the box should visit and open his /her box and take the posts recevied. in UAE (Dubai ,Abudhabi ) also they have this system of "NO POSTAL DELIVERY TO HOME" but now after increse of courior services, use of this boxes are getting reduced now in UAE.

I have lived in Kenya for three years, only one area in Mombasa is broad, neat and clean. Rest all other areas are just so so. They import a lot from India including autorickshaws and motorcycles. People are poor but the politicians don't care about self dependency and manufacturing units.😅
