I am one of your strong supporters, but I'm highly disappointed at Dotun comparing vdm with Fals. What has Fals done that you can point to before you make such a comparison? Then, the banks are solely for the people and not the other way round. They say customers are always right, so whichever way the customer comes up with their non service satisfactory complains, the best they can do is to resolve the issue amicably and satisfactorily and not to try to intimidate or oppress the customer.
Sir, is not all Banks that respond, I collected loan from Accello bank I have finished paying They over deducted I gone to the office several times until now they refused to refund my money. Its 3 months deductions.
