Richard Baird – Judge Motata whistle blower was falsely accused of racism in court by a Metro cop and in a Tribunal by Motata. Where were/are all these political parties, SAHRC, NPA, Judicial Services Commission, many NGO's, Public Protector, SAPS, Legal Practices Council, Bar Association etc. not criminally prosecuting the impeached Judge Motata for his racism?
His racism was upheld as having been PROVEN beyond a reasonable doubt …by the JSC Tribunal, the JSC (after court cases against their suppression of same for 5 years), Supreme Court of Appeal and Parliament.
Worst is a total disregard by all, including the media and the "whistle Blower Awards" winning journalists; to properly vindicate and properly publish all the facts – including the HISTORICAL fact – Judge Motata was the 1st Judge in SA history to be impeached (since Union in 1910). What was he impeached for 1) racism and 2) running a dishonest defence. You can't script this! Not in a post-apartheid SA!
Oh yes … just as long as all the people involved in the various processes, mostly bureaucrats and media were being paid; its all good. They are all doing their 'jobs" and protecting the "political assets" with their mis-information, dis-information and propaganda. Don't worry about the falsely accused whistle blower whose life was ripped apart and he lost everything … including most of the people closest to him (daughter, wife, father and life time friends). Home, business, ability to earn an income and a criminal record because I was not able to CONTINUE paying ridiculous maintenance to the mother of my children (who is a CA(SA)) for the 50% of the time that they were being cared for whilst under my roof.
That's the difference when a white person is accused of racism … he becomes an "association" risk to others.

Every individual interprets things differently.

Chris, my friend Koos went to China on leave. Nou he looks identical to father Christmas😂, boepens en al, the children wanted photos with him so they will stand in his vicinity so that mom could take a photo. He noticed and told the one child to stand next to him and told the mother to take a photo, the next moment a line formed😂. Yes in China this afrikaner stood, he was different, like you said people noticed.

Racism is hatred period and in this country there is plenty of that towards minorities
In China the posing for photo's and finger pointing is commonly applied to White people as well. Now as far as attitude toward Black people is concerned, yes they are racist but not for the reason you may think. They treat darker skinned Chinese as lower class citizens too and this has to do with their past where the poor were general out door workers and were darker due to sun exposure than those who had wealth and worked indoors. China has a very serious social issue with being perceived as wealthy and better than, even when they are not.
I also found blacks wanted to feel my blond hair and feel the hair on my legs and arms

I can concur with Chris, the touching of hair etc etc has happened to me frequently in other parts of Africa that I had been to. I never for once viewed it as racist.
