  1. VIDEO REQUESTS:
If you want me to make a video of a location in Ghana, leave a comment/request below.

For FREE: I will make the video at my own time and convenience.

    For PREMIUM:
I will make the video of the location as fast as possible for you. With this, you would have option to state the specific landmarks and things you expect to see in the video. For closer locations in Accra such as Madina, Adenta, Lakeside, East Legon, East Legon Hills, Lapaz, Airport, Spintex, etc, you would pay (Ghc 700 or $70) to do it quick and fast. However, with far locations such as Dodowa, Somanya, Oyibi, Ashaiman, Afienya, Kasoa, etc, you would pay Ghc 1000 to get it done.

    For PRIVATE PROPERTY Video:
If you want me to make video of your private property, whether land or house. You would pay a fee of Ghc 1,000 for areas within Accra such as Madina, Adenta, Lakeside, East Legon, East Legon Hills, Lapaz, Airport, Spintex, etc and ghc 1500 for area such as Kasoa, Ashaiman, Afienya, Somanya, and far locations. This type of videos are NOT shared to the public, unless you approve otherwise.

  2. Ghana is a "scam". 2019 year of the return. …2020 pass laws that no one can own land. It's all about getting the U S dollar and getting a new free home for themselves. They tricked our people into slavery, don't let tiny little, poor infrastructure ghana trick our people again. Spend your "valuable dollars" where you a appreciated (all over the world).

  3. This is very helpful. I do Have a few questions: #1: If you buy land directly from the Chief and you don't register it, is there some kind of paperwork that can be done to show evidence of the agreement with that chief; such as a contract or Memorandum of Understanding? #2: How do you deal with buying land in places where there are Chieftaincy disputes? and lastly, #3: When writing a renewal clause are you only able to put one renewal in the clause? or can you negotiate for multiple renewals?

  4. Please tell goblacktoafrica to stop complaining about Ghana all the time. If he's not comfortable with Ghana, tell him to go back to any country he prefers
