  1. Thank you for making these videos they have so much helpful information for people like me who are making that transition into “grown man” clothing. Thank you again and please keep making these videos.

  2. So good list. As an even more basic list, the dress shoes and loafers in black, belt in black, light plain zip up fleece vest in grey, and a short zip-out lined black London Fog trench coat, solid dark grey and black dress pants, tan chinos, white synth tech t-shirt, black blazer, dark denim jeans, solid white and dark blue dress shirts, dark tie. The point is not for your clothes to be the star of the show, so keep it classic, professional, not stylish, up to date but, "you" want to be the star, who you are, not the clothes.

  3. You should do moore voice over when you step up your voice level. Think you change your voice moore this video, thats good, insted of all turbo, best luck and thanks!

  4. I like your videos better than alpha m who just advertises to make money. yours have better advice and I like that theres no intro, intro's are a waste of time and repetitive background music can be really bad too. so you're doing it great. I hope it stays this good.

  5. Great piece – I like the way you've given a wardrobe full of interchangeable combinations – there are dozens of outfits you can put together based on those elements. And also, it is a fungible list – you can replace the key pieces with more upmarket pieces as your budget permits – so, when that fine grey suit gets you the higher paid job, you can revisit the essential 10 and remake your wardrobe with more value-invested centrepieces.

You tie did give me an idea for a video request – I always struggle to combine blues and greens – perhaps you could do a vid on how to style these colours and not look like Kermit the Frog?

  6. Your videos are extremely helpful. Dressing well is a perishable skill, and this channel is particularly helpful. Over the last few years, I lost 90 lbs and my career. I'm slowly rebuilding my wardrobe and my business.

My wardrobe has grown in its own, quasi-organic, way. Most of my primary pieces came from thrift stores that affluent people donate to. Other items where hand me downs. I'm filling in the holes with outlet shopping(Allen Edmunds) and Costco.

  7. Hi Jeff my name's Sasha Perera, I got to know about your channel through Antonio Centeno this month, I have watched a lot of your videos I like how chilled out and informative you are with your content. This is a good video with most of the daily menswear essentials, I think you should have included grey flannel dress trousers as that is a versatile pair of trousers too. Keep up the good work you will always have my support! By the way I was wondering if you could put me on the salute list, thanks!

  8. Very nice list…although choices are enormous…but these are definitely the most essential ones…I have a pair of Mocassin shoes…are they a replacement to the penny loafers?

  9. Great video and list. I got a few polo shirts and a few pairs of dark denim jeans. I like the v neck sweaters and chinos also, but don't own any yet, and I still want the peacoat. Great job and thanks for the shout out yesterday, salute.

  10. i think youve come a long way (un a positive sense ) keep up the good work , also i think the grey suit blows navy out of the water , its more formal but can be just as casual as its navy counter part .

  11. But what good are all of these without Tiege Hanley… Or a Vincero watch… Or maybe just an Anson Belt. Exceptional Video as always Jeff, very practical, very straightforward, well thought out content. Salute.

  12. You need some sneakers as well. They go great with the T-shirt, Polo and even the white shirt (depending on the shirt material though). If I had to choose one of this to trade for the sneakers I would trade the loafers.
    Very good video. Regards.

  13. I’ve just started watching and following your channel last week and safe to say that I’ve watched so much of your videos already. Very informative, straight forward, and very practical for everyone to follow.

  14. can you do a video on trench coats and double breasted overcoats, pea coats long jackets military style trench coats and guards coats? also why is it you never see triple pleated front pants anymore?…i enjoy your channel, sir
