Mother Nature and these fires do NOT lie. Newsom and California gov't are so "environmental" than the rest of us? In reality the fire victims and California VOTED for this mismanagement by gov't pied pipers. Your vote for incompetence is exactly the result you get. It's sad but if you don't care about past annual fire prevention mismanagement, you learn the hard way. Look in a mirror as to why.

Climate change? Really?? Here in LA we have wild fires during windy storms at this time of month it’s nothing new. We had the rains 3 years ago. Can it be prevented yes look at the shrubs all around those homes. Look at them next to the hillsides. I think a good start is to widen the streets knock out one side of the homes on the street and start over again. Malibu has had major fires in the last 10 years and nothing was learned. Now it’s a wake up call for them 😳
