Good morning Ricky Smiley, show you hit it right on the head. There are people in this society who have lost a natural affection for humanity. They are full of jealousy and hate! Being someone who has been affected by natural disasters since I was a little girl and losing all sentimental objects in a flood, including my personal belongings, car, and house within 30 minutes! My heart breaks for anyone who finds themselves in that situation no matter who you are, and regardless of your social, economic status, or fame.

I'm with Gary. I got a box fan and my TV on all night on a funny old school comedy show like Sanford and son Good times, Barney Miller or Martin. These are all the shows I know them word for word. Their Like a lullaby and they sing me to sleep. I stay on my workout routine I'm going to get me 30 minutes for 5 days. No resolution for me. I just try creating good habits that will last
