The CS shouldn't even visit Nyayo house physically. He can just deploy DCI officers to collect enough report. One month is enough to clean Nyayo house and all other immigration branches in kenya.
Sadly to have your Oassport printed ti have to pay 100K.I know a guy in immigration dept who charges btn 50-100K.NYAYI HSE isa crime scene
