I think the point here is Elon won't recognize others who have to deal personally with some very heavy consequences for being who they are, even if they are successful. But he is able to get hair plugs and Lemon can't change his skin. And bald guys aren't getting lynched in trees in the South still, like two gentlemen appeared to have happened to them.
