Awesome. Well done. People don't realize the nutritional value of this dish. The Paleo Diet is all about eating the inner parts of animals like tripe, also turmeric has a lor of medicinal power like preventing cancer. 😊 Are more Peruvian dishes coming-up, like Lomo Saltado, Causa or Aji de Gallina, being you already have the aji paste?
MON DON GO…..And in Peru is a dish called MONDONGO is a soup and has hominy….
SPELLING CORRECTION' CREOLE TRIPE.
CAU-CAU IS A CREOLE TRIP STEW SERVED WITH RICE.
Excellent video congratulations
Great recipe, maybe next time, try not to boil the tripe too long cause otherwise, it will have a very chewy texture. Add the hierba buena just before turning off everything.
Good job bro

Great video love cau cau we also add a little lime juice on top👍
Thanks. Doing it now
Just a tip: use red onions next time because the yellow like onions have a sweet taste to them and that changes the flavor somewhat.
Yerba buena is a type of mint that has a citrus-like scent. It's from the Americas.
This is dish is an African influence in Perú.
And it looks so good!
And by the way, your Spanish pronunciation is good!
