Asylum seekers who have had their application to stay in the UK denied, will be offered thousands of pounds to encourage them to move to Rwanda under a new voluntary scheme drawn up by ministers.
The UK struck a new deal with the Rwandan government earlier this year, which is separate to the controversial deportation scheme.
