I really appreciate your thorough coverage of the line drawings. I’m three sizes difference between top and bottom, always looking for east to alter patterns, and your descriptions are very helpful.
Istarted sewing with burda patterns but I don‘t do anymore. Their patternsare quite boring and repetitive.

That 5818 is pretty clever! I’d wear that. The long version with the belt more than the shorter version. I could see it as a good way to use up that strip of pretty fabric you have leftover, which isn’t wide enough for anything. I’d have to make it out of a lighter fabric as well, otherwise I’d overheat too.

Thanks for the review. I’m pretty disappointed with all the big 5 patterns. It’s just repeats of things we’ve seen before. Indi patterns are more expensive but you get a lot more bang for your buck and the instructions are always better

Great video! I do like the relaxed Hoodie pattern. I might try the wrap detail 5826 Dress.
5841 looks like a maternity outfit.
New pattern books used to be like new Sears catalogs- exciting. Now they are just reruns. Nothing new.

Not crazy about any of these Burdas; however, you do a great job with your video. I like your sweet smile. So few people do that on theirs, that I was surprised when you smiled. First time seeing you.
The pattern that’s a one piece but looks like a two piece, with the belt. I agree with you, if it gets hot you can’t layer down. I wonder how it would look in soft, flowing fabric. I will probably get 5823 and 5843. Thanks for sharing ❤
