Forgive me, but the block work looks horrible. Also, the electric looks horrible. Why do people insist on chiseling out the block when you can install the boxes and piping in the webs of the block 🤔. It makes more sense to do it that way and it’s a better looking job.

I see that the foundation (floor) is mud. Correct me if I am wrong. But, why isn't the floor cement? Do you pay more money for the floor or are you going to place tile over the dirt please?
Plastering workmanship is it based on sqft? Like they do for tiling?
