Im in the USA and I just completed and paid for my visa fees on innovate1 service webpage via the main NIS website. However my concern is after receiving confirmation thru email that payment was successful, the application ID number and Reference Number they provided me to track my visa status isnt working. My question is that something I should be concern of and should I should contact the Embassy or NIS in Nigeria.

They could have left INNOVATE 1. to continue the application procedure.
The Nigerian immigration services don't have ideas on how best to design a functional website for political travelers to Nigeria.
Thanks for the video, I completed my application, when I click on "Book Appointment" it actually took me to the column for ID and Reference Number, 7 and 8 digits respectively and clicked NEXT , it indicates "no application data found.
Also when I click on EDIT nothing happened, as a result of which I can not even see or review my filled application. 😢
I have a friend in USA who want to visit Nigeria but his passport hasn’t spend up to 6months yet, but there is a warning on it that state that the passport must be valid for 6 months before applying. So can my friend still go ahead or just wait?

Hi, I’m applying from USA. I’ve got the appointment for my biometrics already in October. On one of the question it asked me if I have previously gotten any fingerprints done I put NO first it didn’t go through then I put YES at Atlanta, GA location but I’ve never gotten any fingerprints done before for visas. I was wondering if it will make my application invalid? Or will they reject it? Or will I need to do a new one?

Hi there, I have a question about the next page on reference (no 7- 14). Under the reference section, i am given a choice of SELF or EMPLOYER. If i select SELF, do i enter my friend who is inviting me to visit her? I'm confused about this section as it is asking for a contact name and then name of person inviting me.
