I am eating and enjoying having the privilege to eat Ethiopian everyday ♥️ Me and my family are blessed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks for sharing great content
Yum about to get some Ethiopian food in Austin, TX
An an indian man, I love ethiopian food. It's like a healthier version of indian food. A lot less deep frying, butter, and oil, they also eat more greens.
Greetings from morocco ❤
I'm not a vegan, but this looks amazing! I would totally try this!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yummy yummy
My habasha ❤ love you all
8:36 Growing up we have ate from a lunch box to large containers together in multiple, we might we even fight but we eat together
Vegans should just start adapting "thirld world, developing " nations method if they want to keep healthy. Meat is luxury in most places so for the most part its vegetarian without vegan restrictions. When its time or when you csn have it eat but dont depend on it
❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
It's so true. I was pre-diabetic probably still a little on the higher side and I had stage 3 kidney disease. I went to God and he lead me to fast, and to eat way more vegetables. I went vegan. My kidneys are now stage 2 which is virtually unheard of. If that ain't God, I don't know what to tell you. I do waver at times and start to eat meat and that damn cheese lol. It's funny God will push me to fast and I always go back to vegan dishes. Been looking up Jamaican ( my moms family is Jamaican already) Nigerian Ethiopian vegan dishes and I can't wait. Definitely try it before you knock it. Sending Jamaican-flavored love 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲❤️❤️❤️❤️
Ethiopian people very humble and welcoming
u don’t get this hospitality any where in the world 🌎
Best Ethiopian in Portland is Sisters ❤ 🇪🇹
Nice sharing ❤ thank you so much my dear friend ❤
By the way in Ethiopia most of people are not strict vegan we eat vegan food for fasting time from 365 days we fast 180- 250 days during this time we eat only 100 percent vegan food.
Good food and healthy
Food trucks are amazing, and Ethiopian foods are my favorite. Eating plant based whole foods has made an impact on my life. Thank you for sharing your experiences.
Portland..O. hummm
I think vegan could be good sometimes, but not all the time … this looks delicious, tho I think people need to be very careful their body is getting all the needed nutrients, B vitamins, etc. if doing vegan for a longer term …
Ethiopian good is a Vegan haven ❤
💚💚💛💛❤️❤️💛💛💚💚💚👌👌👌
He forgot to say that most Ethiopian are Orthodox Christians and we fast a lot. Which means no meat, no eggs, no milk. Generally no animal products in fasting months, weeks.
Ethiopia 🇪🇹 😊
Ethiopian food is so delicious, I love it.
I would go to Portland just for this. Thank goodness my city has two Ethiopian restaurants. Unfortunately, they are not vegan but they each have a vegan menu.
Same like,
Indian food
Would love to see their recipes
Vegan food is healthy.
Ethiopians are like Indians….even they look like Indians as well.
So if I go on holidays in Ethiopia won't die without good food.
I recently ate at an Ethiopian restaurant and it was super healthy and tasty food… soft injera with so many varieties of veg preparations!! Wow!!!
"Basically designed to be eaten communally." The best kinda food there is!
One Love ETHIOPIA
We Ethiopians eat vegan food because in Ethiopian orthodox tewahedo Religion (The dominant religion in Ethiopia) We fast for 252 days(this includes every Wednesday and Friday) out of the 365 days of a year and we also do not eat any animal products on those days.
Sadly a few months after filming Little Ethiopia Eatery had to close down their truck BUT ** UPDATE** YOU CAN NOW PURCHASE GEMADI'S READY TO MAKE LENTIL STEW AT COUNTRY LIFE NATURAL FOODS – JUST ADD OIL AND WATER!

I wonder how much influence South India (or even the whole peninsula) had on Ethiopian cuisine if the cuisine has predominance of vegetables. The dishes themselves while unique still have some overlap with Indian dishes, especially South Indian.
I want to go check this out these different food trucks. Looking at flights in October
I love Ethiopian vegan dishes…yummmmmm
