  1. I’m drooling 🤤 while watching
I am eating and enjoying having the privilege to eat Ethiopian everyday ♥️ Me and my family are blessed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks for sharing great content

  2. An an indian man, I love ethiopian food. It's like a healthier version of indian food. A lot less deep frying, butter, and oil, they also eat more greens.

  3. Vegans should just start adapting "thirld world, developing " nations method if they want to keep healthy. Meat is luxury in most places so for the most part its vegetarian without vegan restrictions. When its time or when you csn have it eat but dont depend on it

  4. It's so true. I was pre-diabetic probably still a little on the higher side and I had stage 3 kidney disease. I went to God and he lead me to fast, and to eat way more vegetables. I went vegan. My kidneys are now stage 2 which is virtually unheard of. If that ain't God, I don't know what to tell you. I do waver at times and start to eat meat and that damn cheese lol. It's funny God will push me to fast and I always go back to vegan dishes. Been looking up Jamaican ( my moms family is Jamaican already) Nigerian Ethiopian vegan dishes and I can't wait. Definitely try it before you knock it. Sending Jamaican-flavored love 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲❤️❤️❤️❤️

  5. By the way in Ethiopia most of people are not strict vegan we eat vegan food for fasting time from 365 days we fast 180- 250 days during this time we eat only 100 percent vegan food.

  6. I think vegan could be good sometimes, but not all the time … this looks delicious, tho I think people need to be very careful their body is getting all the needed nutrients, B vitamins, etc. if doing vegan for a longer term …

  7. He forgot to say that most Ethiopian are Orthodox Christians and we fast a lot. Which means no meat, no eggs, no milk. Generally no animal products in fasting months, weeks.

  8. We Ethiopians eat vegan food because in Ethiopian orthodox tewahedo Religion (The dominant religion in Ethiopia) We fast for 252 days(this includes every Wednesday and Friday) out of the 365 days of a year and we also do not eat any animal products on those days.

  9. I wonder how much influence South India (or even the whole peninsula) had on Ethiopian cuisine if the cuisine has predominance of vegetables. The dishes themselves while unique still have some overlap with Indian dishes, especially South Indian.
