  2. It's true that to become a vegan one must do it gradually, it's a very difficult thing to do because of the conditionings we got from childhood and the exposures to meat loving people. For me I managed to become a vegan when in my late 20's I joined the Rasta movement, that helped me a great deal. At some stage prior to that I attended the Hare Krishna temple which was close to my house in Johannesburg, South Africa where I ate what they call "Prasadam"I would even go there anytime during the day to help myself on it even if it means stealing it when there was nobody in attendance. Voila!!! I became a vegetarian. My only problem was at home where they were always cooking meat and the warnings I always got about missing proteins etc. one day I asked them why Cows, Elephants etc are so big and fat but only eating grass and other plants, but unfortunately I was only told I'm not an animal, and that Jesus multiplied fish and fed multitudes and somewhere in the bible the Israelites were told my Moses to eat what kinds of animals and, last but not least, Africans always made sacrifices to their ancestors by slaughtering animals…who am I to blame meat eaters??? The bible says cried for meat on the cross…give me meat, give me meat! One day I listened to Sadguru saying one must eat what one's body is telling him/her what to eat or what it needs…I was actually shocked that he didn't criticise or discourage meat-eating but said, you only eat it in moderation. There are so many scientific studies including Dr Sebi proving that we were not meant to be meat-eaters but the society we live in make it so difficult for anyone who wants to be a vegetarian or vegan, we don't live in isolation or alone. Thanks.

  3. Great Post, I could have listened to much more! Thanks for clearing up the true relevance of the British contribution to defining Veganism, which is a confirmation for those of us who still need to hear it from the dominating people of the world population in order to acknowledge the credibility in defining the concept of the word, "Vegan."

Eating enough: When eating meat, the body becomes accustomed to being overfed because the meat, being difficult to digest, sits in the body's intestinal system much longer, and we get used to "believing" we must have it to feel full enough. Most often we are eating traumatized animals saturated with "fight or flight hormones" which when regularly ingested into us, can cause us to feel stressed all the time. Of course, we then suffer the long term effects of these stress hormones as dis-ease or lack of ease. We keep eating as a nervous habit, or a psychological need to be "fulfilled" in the face of stress, a "hunger" for peace and fulfillment can feel quite similar to a hunger for food.

Once the transition is made, it is amazing how filling just one "Mango" or one small to medium size "Avacado" can be. It isn't long before the body adjusts to feeling free and light, without hunger, without over-filling it due to the sluggish processing of meat on the stomach. We discover that the idea of not getting enough is only that, an "idea." As the body clears, so does the mind. Regular cleansing fast regiments is one way to make an easy transition to eating vegan style because after each fast the body will make a small adjustment moving towards that interest, naturally, after each rest period it is given.

  4. The key in Nature (the Netcheru that GOD (Kemau call "Neberture" has put into place for us) to help us identify what foods will relate to what physical, mental, emotional and even spiritual need: Nature or the "Netcheru" have caused vegetation (fruits and veggies) to emit frequencies we can detect as "color". The color will indicate on a general level, what plant will affect what part of our being when we associate that color to match the color frequency of the chakra system. For example, the Kemau liked to eat lots of green "lettuce" type foods. Green matches the frequency color of the heart Chakra, the gate to Maat, or Maatic Energy, which of it's Nature or Netcher brings all it saturates into a state of BALANCE. Balance produces a healing effect as dis-ease is the state of being out of balance. The Heart Chakra is associated with the air element. So green foods help us in matters of respiration, blood purification, and fortification. "Green" foods enhance the balance of the two energetic charges that produce the Life Energy current, or "Seikem" (aka Prana or Chi) in our bodies, by balancing our and enhancing the fire and water elements between the Two Sacred Ladies, Auset and Nebethet, that support Life (Ausar) in the body. Green is a purifier/fortifier by the restoration of Balance.

Tumeric, on the other hand, projects the color Orange, relating to the second Chakra, gate of our Nebethet Netcher (Nature) a cooling watery force, associated with the color of urine, representing the cleansing process in the body, as well as a cooling down process, slowing the molecular activity down, bringing "potential" associated to the condition of "potency" (to bring potential elements into an increasingly dense form or "manifested" form…. an idea or seed into a solid manifestation, producing it into form such as having babies or manifesting anything living in our thought realms). Tumeric, likewise is a cleanser, like our urinary system, and a fortifier. It associates to the 2nd chakra, enhancing passion and drive, re-production of life.
Red foods are hot, associated with the fire element, quickening the life force, and burning out bacterial infections.

To really gain clarity, one needs to study the chakra system from the Kemetic basis, as it aligns with the Netcheru present in each of our chakra gates and thus, into our physical body experience. From that point, we are able to look at the food and make the correlation between its color and what health benefits it can have in store for us. Keep in mind that the Netcheru qualities are "dynamic" having a range of effects from building up to breaking down (which depending on our intention, we will at some point need some of each)….. Perhaps this is why the green foods reign most important, as in life "BALANCE" the Netcher or Nature of "MAAT" is KEY to attaining the best out of both ends of the spectrum, hot/cold, wet/dry, building up and breaking down. Of course, researching the plants and their values remains important. This simple key will help in a general sense, increasingly so, the more you understand the chakra gates and the Netcheru to which each relates. All things of Nature fit together throughout the Netcheru system, perfected by the presence of Maat. Observing this connection expands our realization of Di-Vine "SELF."

  5. Vegan as well. We were never supposed to consume blood and flesh. We are Beings made in Divine Image. True scrolls from scripture did not promote meat at all. Refer to the painting of Yeshua holding the lamb this actually was in reflection to the Teaching on the mount he held a lamb and instructed "these animals who were created WITH you should not be consumed and I refer you to look at Genesis when it states: Gen 1:29-God said, "Behold I have given to you every plant whose seed is sown, that is upon the face of all the earth, and every unfruitful tree for the requirements of building and for burning; and (every tree) on which there is fruit whose seed is sown shall be yours for food.
And Gen 9:5-And for your lifeblood I will surely demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal. And from each human being, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of another human being.
It Is Why the ancients Fasted and scripture spoke of fasting several times throughout. The Bible was extracted from the original Priesthood writings. Vegans are able to receive enlightenment on a level that is the same vibration of The Anointing. A whole other story. Animals die in fear, anxiety and some with dis-ease and many people consume them. I have converted many christians to leave the falsity of religion, the contaminated scripture and return back to The Most High, the original Monarchy. VEGAN is the way to go AND Many herbs have iron and B12…I take NO supplements. The Most High did not short come us he provided Well. Just do Research. ❤️🙏 (Scripture on Clean meat is a false translation-to get us to lower our level of anointing. Vegans or foods grown by THE SUN/Son Vibrate on a much higher frequency so you have no room for lower energies to interrupt your Life)
